How do people join a conference room?
Colleagues dial the room number from their SIP phone. Outside guests call one of your numbers that you route to the room. Everyone enters the participant PIN.
What is the admin PIN for?
It identifies the host. Give it only to the person running the call, and the participant PIN to everyone else.
How many people can join?
You set a maximum number of participants for each room.
Is there a cost for internal participants?
Calls between your own extensions are free, and that includes joining a conference room from a SIP phone. Outside callers dial in through one of your numbers.
