Which calls cost nothing

What counts as an internal call?
A call from one SIP phone on your account to another, by dialling its extension. It is free, even if the two phones are in different countries.
Do conference calls between colleagues cost anything?
No. Joining one of your conference rooms from a SIP phone on your account is an internal call.
How do I see internal calls in my reports?
They appear in the Calls Report like any other call, marked with their own direction so you can tell them apart from paid outside calls.
