WhatsApp Business

WhatsApp campaigns, and one inbox for every reply

Connect your WhatsApp Business number, send approved message templates to a list, pace or schedule the sending, and answer replies from one inbox. A live monitor shows every message as it moves.

  • Lists of up to 200,000 contacts
  • Sent, delivered, read and replies per campaign
  • STOP replies honoured automatically
Campaigns

From a list to replies, in four steps

A campaign sends one approved template to many contacts, at the speed you choose, and reports on every message.

  1. Audience

Name the campaign and upload a file (CSV, TXT, TSV or XLSX, up to 200,000 contacts) or paste numbers. Pick the phone and name columns.

  2. Message

Choose an approved template and fill each variable from a column of your list, the contact’s name or fixed text. A preview shows the first contact.

  3. Sending

Set the messages per minute, then start now, schedule a time or save a draft. Add a daily time window if you like.

  4. Follow-up

Watch sent, delivered, read, replies and failures with their reasons. Pause, resume, retry failed messages or export a CSV.

Inbox

Every reply in one place

The inbox shows every reply from your contacts, with the campaign it answers. You can answer freely within 24 hours of the contact’s last message; after that, WhatsApp only allows a template.

  • Newest conversations first, with unread counts
  • Messages arrive through a webhook that AutoVator checks with your App Secret
  • Numbers on your opt-out and do-not-call lists are skipped
Templates

Write templates, check them, send them to Meta

WhatsApp only lets a business start a conversation with an approved template. Write one with a header, variables, a footer and buttons (quick reply, link or phone number), or sync the templates you already have in WhatsApp Manager.

  • A check against Meta’s rules before you submit; nothing is sent until you press “Send to Meta”
  • Status, category and quality rating for each template
  • Fix and resend a rejected template, or duplicate one to start the next
Live monitor

Watch messages as they move

The live monitor shows each message as it is sent, delivered, read or received, the connection and quality rating of your number, the speed right now, the share of your daily limit used and the campaigns that are running.

  • Sent, delivered, read, failed and received in the last hour
  • Running, scheduled and paused campaigns side by side
  • Pause the feed to read it, then pick up where it was
Setup

Connect your WhatsApp Business number

You need a WhatsApp Business account in Meta. The settings page shows each value to copy and tells you when messages are arriving.

  1. Enter your details

Paste the Phone Number ID, the WhatsApp Business Account ID, a permanent access token and the App Secret. Set a daily limit, the default country code and your time zone, then Save and test.

  2. Receive messages

Copy the callback URL and verify token into the webhook settings in Meta, and subscribe to messages. The page shows “Receiving” when it works.

  3. Send your first campaign

Campaigns need the business verification of your account. Then pick an approved template and your list.

Beyond campaigns

WhatsApp works with the rest of your account

STOP means stop

People who reply STOP join your opt-out list automatically and never receive campaigns again. Only they can undo it, by writing START.

Ask before an AI call

Ask leads on WhatsApp, in your business name, whether your AI agent may call them. AI call consent keeps every answer as evidence.

Templates from your AI agent

Your AI phone agent can send an approved WhatsApp template during a call, through its tools. For example, a confirmation.

What do I need to connect WhatsApp?

A WhatsApp Business account in Meta (Meta for Developers and WhatsApp Manager). You copy four values into AutoVator: the Phone Number ID, the WhatsApp Business Account ID, a permanent access token and the App Secret. Sending campaigns also needs the business verification of your AutoVator account.

Can I message anyone at any time?

No, these are WhatsApp’s rules. A business can only start a conversation with a template approved by Meta. Once a contact writes to you, you can answer freely for 24 hours after their last message; after that, only a template again.

How large can a campaign be?

Up to 200,000 contacts per campaign, from a CSV, TXT, TSV or XLSX file, or numbers you paste. You pick the phone and name columns, and each template variable can come from a column, the contact’s name or fixed text.

How fast are messages sent?

You choose the messages per minute and, if you like, a daily time window and a start time. Your daily limit is set in WhatsApp settings. With a new number, start slow (about 60 per minute): a good quality rating lets you send more.

What happens when someone replies STOP?

They are added to your opt-out list automatically and never receive a campaign again. Only they can undo it, by writing START.

Can I see why a message failed?

Yes. Each campaign shows sent, delivered, read, replies and failures, with the reason for each failure. You can pause, resume, retry the failed messages and export the report to CSV.

Are my WhatsApp credentials safe?

They are stored encrypted, and the access token is never shown again after you save it. The App Secret lets AutoVator check that every incoming message really comes from Meta. Removing the credentials pauses running campaigns.
