How do I keep my database safe?
Create a separate MySQL user for AutoVator with only the rights each tool needs, for example read access to two tables. Use SSL, and remove the user at any time to cut access instantly.
My database is behind a firewall. Can I still connect?
Your database must accept connections from our servers. Contact us and we will tell you what to allow.
